The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Kathmandu, together with the Sri Lankan Community in Nepal, today handed over essential relief items donated to the Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, at the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Samakhushi, in support of those affected by the recent disaster.
The Embassy sincerely appreciates the efforts all members of the Sri Lankan Community who generously contributed to this initiative and joined hands in extending support and solidarity to the people of Nepal during this difficult time.
The generosity, compassion and cooperation of everyone involved reflect the enduring bonds of friendship and solidarity between the peoples of Sri Lanka and Nepal.
